I have just placed an order when can I expect it to ship out?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
How long does your shipping take
Shipping lead times depend on which shipping option you chose at checkout. Standard mail takes 6-9 business days, Priority Mail takes 3-5 business days, and Priority Express mail will take 2-3 business days. All packages will be sent via USPS. Shipping charges also depend on weight. If you are ordering items that are greater than 1 lb then Priority shipping must be chosen.
Do you off ship internationally?
When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. Also, we are not responsible of any International customs fees. Please be aware of your countries customs fees before purchasing.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
What about exchanges?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
How do your items fit?
Please review our size chart before ordering your shirt. We suggest getting a measuring tape and measuring from armpit to armpit and then doubling it. Chest measurements are measured in inches. We want to make sure that your shirt fits perfectly, if you're not sure about sizing, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org purchasing.
Will your shirts shrink when I wash them?
All of our tees are not preshrunk.
Do you have women shirts or are they all unisex?
For our female customers, if you want a fitted tee, we suggest ordering a size down. For a more looser fit, ordering your normal size will suffice since these shirts are UNISEX.

Who takes your photos on the site?
The photos on our site have either been taken by us or created by our team of designers using stock images and image we have taken on our adventures. Other products feature photos from our Instagram, @llamawrangler17.
How do I get featured on your Instagram?
If you would like to be featured just go ahead and tag us in your photo and use our hashtag. We will choose photos based on which products we need promote. If an item is sold out or if we do not make it anymore, then your photo may not be featured. We still love seeing all of our customers photos!
I am interested in a shirt but it looks my size is sold out?
Most items will get restocked. A certain style will be restocked depending on our inventory levels.
I love your designs but I would like children sizes?
We currently do not offer children sizing but it is not out of the question. Our measurements for our Unisex XS does fit the size of a boys 10-12 size.
